I’ve only received part of my order – why?

At the moment not all products can be sent together, due to products having different production times and packaging. If you have ordered regular prints – Square Prints, Retro Prints, etc, and a Framed print, the prints and the frame will be sent in two separate parcels.

If you have placed an order for prints – Square Prints, Retro Prints, Mini Prints, Mini Squares, Rectangle Prints – these will be delivered together.

If you have ordered Photo books within a multi product order, the Photo Book will be sent separately.

If you feel your order should have been sent together, please send us an email ([e-mail]) with your order number and we will look into this.
