Has my order gone through successfully?

Once you have placed an order you should receive an order confirmation via email, if this has not reached you – please check your junk folder too – they you’re order may not have gone through. Another way to check if you’re order has successfully gone through is by logging into your account, click on my orders, and if the order shows ‘Payment complete’ your order has successfully been made. 

If your order is showing a status of ‘payment pending’ this means your order has not been successful, as no payment has been received. If this is the case, you can either go into your saved projects and put the order through again, or you can send us an email to support@inkifi.com with your attempted order number, and we can send you a payment request via Paypal.
