If you wish to change your order, please email us at support@inkifi.com with your order number and we will try our best to make the change for you.
To cancel an order for prints, calendars and photo books please please email us within 12 hours for prints/calendars and 24 hours for photo books at support@inkifi.com with your order number and we will cancel.
To cancel an order for framed products and wall art products - posters, large format prints, etc - please please email us within 12 hours at support@inkifi.com with your order number and we will cancel.
To change the delivery address, please email the new address ASAP and we will confirm the delivery address has been amended. Changing the address in your account once an order has been placed, updates the address book in the account and not the ordered address it is due to be shipped to.
