If you are not happy with the quality of your order, or believe that your order has any other type of error, please get in touch so we can fix the issue and make it right for you.
If we can’t fix the issue we will happily provide you with a full refund, but we would rather work with you so you can have a beautiful product that you are entirely satisfied with.
If you do find an error please email email@example.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order with an image of the damage / error together with your order number and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
